HOW MANY MEMBERS IN THE BAND?
ANSWER: 8PC BAND. We can do a smaller group for dinner parties, Wine tasting etc.But if you want a real party dance band go with the full 8pc band.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
ANSWER: This is a question I can not answer until I know what you need. Let's talk about what you need first, then iI can give you the best price.

HOW MANY BREAKS DOES THE BAND TAKE AND HOW LONG?
ANSWER: We typically take three 15 min breaks during a Four hour events.

DO YOU PLAY CD MUSIC ON YOUR BREAKS?
ANSWER: Yes, we always play cd music on the breaks ( GREAT DANCE MUSIC! ) we find that people will continue dancing ,if you play some great music while the band takes a break. If you like,You are welcome to make your own c d break music.

WHAT DOES BAND WEAR?
ANSWER: The band has a look! we wear all black suites with matching long color ties. It’s a very cool look! We are never mistaken for a waiter.

STAGE&POWER REQ?
ANSWER: 16x16 is best. Sometimes we have guest dance on stage with the band. no smaller than 16x12 stage.

HOW MUCH SET UP TIME IS NEEDED?
ANSWER: We like to have the venue available to us 3 hrs before the event. We have worked with less time,but it’s tough!

DO WE PROVIDE FOOD FOR BAND?
ANSWER: The band doesn’t like to eat much while playing an event, but we always get a little hungry during the evening. If the band does eat, It is usually after the first or second set. We don’t expect you to feed us, but it’s always appreciated when a client make it available to us.

HOW DO WE BOOK THE BAND?
ANSWER: We first discuss some details like, Location,Time of event,etc.We then send you 2 copies of a signed contract. You sign both copies,send one back with a 50% deposit.. ASAP! and we are yours.

WILL YOU LEARN A SPECIAL SONG FOR MY WEDDING RECEPTION?
ANSWER: YES,If we have at least 6 weeks notice we will learn 1 special song...
YOUR FIRST DANCE as long as it’s not a song from “Don Giovanni” or some other opera.

DO YOU MAKE A SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT?
ANSWER: ALWAYS! As a band leader, I have learned that organization is everything. I always want to know the details of the event, so I can help with the pace of the evening. EXAMP: If your event is scheduled from 7:00-11:00, we do a timeline of what needs to happen between those hours, (Speech,Toast,Cake,etc.) then we pace the evening so the activities happen with a nice flow.
